20 April 1923 (DE) - Francis Ernest Sheridan and Jack Tyson - Beg to inform the pubic that they have purchased the Motor & Hire Car Business of the Dover Motor Company Limited, and will in the future trade as "Dover Autocar Company"
20 April 1923 - It is announced that Messers, Sheridan and Tyson have purchased the Motor business carried on by the Dover Motor Company (now in liquidation) at 54 Castle Street, and at Antwerp Garage (next to Flashman and Co). They are trading under the name of "Dover Autocar Company."
